Kellands Gloucester helps support Winston’s Wish

Kellands Gloucester joined golfers from across the county and beyond to take part in a charity golf day.

The event was the BPE Solicitors annual golf day, which this year was held on behalf of Winston’s Wish, the childhood bereavement charity.

The event raised almost £4,000 and this will go towards helping Winston’s Wish to support children who have been bereaved of a parent or sibling.

It was a fiercely fought contest on the day so it was pleasing that the Kellands Gloucester team emerged as winners. Barclays were a close second with the ‘Sultans of Swing’ team in third.

There were a range of other competitions on the day and this included the popular ‘Beat the Pro’ competition as well as a charity auction and raffle. This year BPE Solicitors have raised enough money to pay for all of the services that Winston’s Wish provides across the South West region for two days.

So a good day overall for a good cause – and a good result!
