Gemma passes further exam pre-Christmas

Some good news for Gemma Underwood of Kellands Gloucester this week, as she has passed her Equity Release (ER1) exam.

The Equity Release (ER1) exam looks to develop an understanding of the different types of equity release products, risks to the consumer associated with equity release and application of suitable equity release solutions according to the circumstances of different customers.

Earlier this year, Gemma gained her Mortgage qualification when she passed her CII mortgage exam and this further exam pass builds on this. The outcome is that she now holds the level 3 Certificate in Equity Release, meeting the FCA’s requirement for mortgage advisers and those advising on equity release schemes. So, she has added another string to her bow.

Many congratulations Gemma!
