Cass Baxendale

Cass has been working in the financial services industry for the majority of her working life.

Before joining Kellands Gloucester in June 2014, Cass worked for Lincoln Financial Group (now CAPITA). There, she set up and managed the contact centre in their Life & Pensions department, Vertex Financial Group, where she managed contact centres for Mortgages as well as Life & Pensions – her clients included First Direct Bank. Latterly, she managed the contact centre for Zurich Corporate Pensions.

Cass is a highly experienced office professional with a proven track record in office and people management, acquiring financial services and customer service qualifications along the way.

Her primary focus is Kellands Corporate Division, where she supports Mark and the team, helping employers and their employees by administering their employee benefits programmes.

Cass lives in Tewkesbury and used to breed minature German Schnauzers – so she can be found walking three of them around the town and local nature reserve on a daily basis. She enjoys many holidays in Guernsey, where she has good friends and dreams of living there one day.
