Charles Homer passes yet another exam.
Charles Homer is on a roll! Having very recently passed the ER1 (Equity release) exam, this week saw him chalking up yet another exam success.
This time it was the CII ER8 Long Term Care Insurance exam. This is a single unit qualification that develops knowledge and understanding of long-term care cover, including legal, taxation and regulatory issues and the responsibilities of local authorities.
The two qualifications combined mean that he is very well placed to advise clients on their later life planning needs.
