Gemma Underwood becomes mortgage qualified

Gemma Underwood of Kellands Gloucester received some good news yesterday, when she learned that she had passed her CII mortgage exam.

The level 3 Certificate in Mortgage Advice meets the FCA’s qualification requirements for mortgage advisers. The exam pass demonstrates an understanding of the sector and the mortgage process, enabling advisers to meet individual client needs.

It is another major step forward for Gemma who is striving to work as a fully-fledged financial planner for Kellands.

Excellent work, Gemma, many congratulations!
