Sian passes another exam!

Some good news for Sian James this week, as she heard that she had passed yet another exam – this time the CF6 – Mortgage Advice exam (level 3).

Sian joined Kellands Gloucester back in August 2018, with the intention of qualifying to become a paraplanner. Since then, as well as her invaluable work input, she has racked up a series of exam successes, becoming fully level 4 qualified back in March 2021. However, her studies did not stop there, as this latest exam pass shows.

The level 3 Certificate in Mortgage Advice, which she has just attained, meets the FCA’s qualification requirements for mortgage advisers. It also develops an understanding of the whole sector and the mortgage process, which means Sian is now enabled to fully meet individual client needs.

At Kellands, Sian had already been recognised as a paraplanner and this latest exam success will certainly stand her and our clients in good stead in the years to come.

Many congratulations Sian!
